Full Description

This notice announces the intention of HHS/OGHA to obligate approximately $1.222 million of Fiscal Year (FY) 2009 funds via a single source cooperative agreement to the Texas Department of State Health Services Office of Border Health/Texas Outreach Office to support the development of capacity to prepare, monitor and respond to an influenza pandemic and the 2009 H1N1 influenza outbreak in the U.S.-Mexico border region.
