EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of State?s Office of Cooperative Threat Reduction (ISN/CTR) is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity through this Request for Applications (RFA). ISN/CTR invites U.S.-based educational institutions to submit proposals to develop a tailored academic certificate program in nuclear security issues for future and current scientists, technicians, and engineers. ISN/CTR has approximately $200,000 available to fund this project.
