Full Description
The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to California Department of Water Resources under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.512, Public Law 102-575, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Title XXXIV, Section 3406 (b)(1) and Section 3407(e). Estimated total amount of agreement is $8,594,322.00. Reclamation is providing $2,500,000.00 in Fiscal Year 2017. The objectives of the project are to: 1) Complete the design, fabrication, installation, testing and full operation of the juvenile salmon collection systems; and 2) Identify and evaluate the long-term fish passage options at Shasta Dam and other high dams of the Central Valley Project.
