The Federal Railroad Administration and the South Carolina Department of Transportation are entering into a Cooperative Agreement to conduct an Environmental Review and preliminary engineering for the relocation of the Assembly Street Railroad tracks located in Richland County in the Columbia region of central South Carolina.
