In accordance with 38 CFR 17.710, VA is issuing this Notice of Funding Availability (Notice) for new grants under the Grants for Transportation of Veterans in Highly Rural Areas Program for fiscal year 2018. Approximately $1 million is authorized to be appropriated for this fiscal year. ***This Notice applies to new grantees only****
