Through this announcement, the Administration for Children and Families solicits applications from public or private non-profit organizations, including community-based and faith-based organizations, or for-profit organizations that wish to compete for funds that are available to provide Head Start and/or Early Head Start services to children and families residing in the Cities of Houston and Pasadena within Harris County, Texas (zip codes 77003, 77004, 77011, 77017, 77020, 77021, 77023, 77033, 77047, 77061, and 77087). Funds in the amount of $18,002,985 annually will be available to provide Head Start and/or Early Head Start program services to eligible children and their families.
