The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Latin American and the (LAC), is seeking applications from qualified Applicants for funding of a five year Cooperative Agreement for the implementation of the Higher Education Scholarships and Training for Development activity. To this end, USAID is seeking applications from eligible institutions as described in Section A of the RFA. USAID expects the level of funding that will be used to support this Cooperative Agreement to be a total of $50 million over the five-year implementation period. Awards shall be made to eligible U.S.
nongovernmental organizations (501(c )3 NGOs) and accredited U.S. colleges and universities in accordance with 22 CFR 226 and USAID’s Standard Provisions for U.S. Nongovernmental Recipients.
