Full Description

CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Implementation and Strengthening of Laboratory Health Systems in PEPFAR Countries through Quality Management Systems and Laboratory Accreditation under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $10,000,000 will be available to fund approximately eight awards. The purpose of the program is to develop indigenous capacity for, and train personnel to, perform laboratory inspections for the purpose of accreditation.
