CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Integrating Colorectal Cancer Screening within Chronic Disease Programs” Approximately $15 - $100 million will fund several awards in two funding categories. The purpose of the program is to establish and integrate evidence-based colorectal cancer screening programs with existing CRC screening programs and/or other cancer screening or chronic disease programs, in order to increase population-based CRC screenings.
