The NC PMQA will provide training and technical assistance (TTA) that reflects current evidence, is research-informed, and promotes best practices. In addition, this NC will conduct all OHS Regional TTA professional development meetings, conduct OHS TTA collaborative meetings, and address aspects of TTA system data integration. The NC PMQA will join the Head Start NC on Early Learning, Health, and Family Engagement as part of a National and Regional OHS TTA System. The NC PMQA primary recipient will be expected to bring together knowledgeable subrecipients and promote coordination and collaboration within and across the TTA System.
