This funding announcement is to provide public notice of the NPS's intention to enter this agreement for the following project activities without full and open competition: Modification 0005 to Cooperative Agreement H1890090002 with the cooperator The Society of the National Shrine of the Bill of Rights at St. Paul’s Church, Inc..
