This funding announcement is to provide public notice that the National Park Service will fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement P14AC01701 awarded to the Research Foundation for the State University of New York (SUNY) for Stony Brook University under the North Atlantic Coast Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Units (CESU) Cooperative Agreement P14AC00888.
