This funding opportunity is to provide public notice of NPS's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. Task Agreement # P12AC15007 under Cooperative Agreement H8542100039 with Outward Bound Adventures, Inc., for the project titled "Partner to Teach Recreation Skills to Underserved Youth and their Families, Santa Monica Mountains Recreation Area"
