CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a funding opportunity announcement entitled, “Purchase, Distribution and Tracking of Cotrimoxazole, HIV/AIDS Related Laboratory Commodities and Supplies in the Republic of Uganda under the Presidents’ Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)” Approximately $9,007,459 will be available in fiscal year 2010 to fund 1 award. The purpose of this announcement is to contribute to the Uganda national supply of laboratory commodities and supplies for HIV related laboratory services at Health Center (III) facilities and ensure the supply of cotrimoxazole to meet the basic care and treatment needs in the country.
