The United States Government, represented by the Agency for International Development (USAID), Nigeria mission proposes to enter into a Cooperative Agreement for the “Scale-Up of Care and Support Services for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) in Selected States in Nigeria” specifically described in Section I of the attached RFA.
