THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to The University of Georgia Research Foundation, Inc. is to obtain expert assistance in assessing the status of imperiled plants and completing actions that will achieve positive environmental and/or recovery benefits to rare, threatened, and/or endangered plant species occurring in the State of Georgia.
