NOTE: This is an NOI. An announcement for funding is not related to this notice. We are not accepting applications. USDOL’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to sole source up to $20,000,000 over the next 10 years to strengthen compliance with international labor standards in Vietnam and Malaysia consistent with the intentions of the nations as identified in the Trans-Pacific Partnership free trade agreement.
The intended recipient of the sole source funding is the International Labor Organization. Authority: USDOL Manual Series (DLMS) 2-836 G.1 and 3: A non-competitive award is authorized or required by the statute funding the program; the recipient has unique qualifications to perform the type of activity to be funded.
