Full Description
USAID/Indonesia is seeking applications from U.S. NGOs for a program entitled Sustainable Higher Education Research Alliances (SHERA). Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Indonesia intends to award a cooperative agreement as a result of this solicitation, anticipates level of funding for this award isnot to exceed $20 million over five years period. Of this amount, $15 million must be allocatedfor partnerships program.
It is USAID policy not to award fee or profit under assistance instruments.
