Full Description

CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Support Implementation, Expansion and Sustainability of Injection Safety Activities in the Republic of Kenya under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $3,000,000 will be available to fund approximately two awards. The purpose of the program is to prevent biomedical transmission of HIV and other blood borne pathogens by reducing the number of unsafe and unnecessary injections and supporting necessary provisions.
