The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $120,000,000 or Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will provide support for life-saving services for HIV and related health conditions in Zambia, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and aligned with PEPFAR’s goal of transition to host government self-reliance. You will also support the health systems necessary to ensure critical services are maintained, monitored, and implemented in a cost-effective and sustainable manner. Activities within the NOFO will provide support to the host government at the provincial, district, facility, and/or community levels to oversee, monitor, and implement evidence-based activities.

Clinical support for HIV will focus on treatment, laboratory, adherence support, and retention in care. Health systems support will focus on sustainability and host government self-reliance, maintaining patient and program monitoring systems, and human resources for health.
