Full Description

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a sole source for Cooperative Agreement to California Department of Water Resources, Division of Environmental Services, 3500 Industrial Blvd., West Sacramento, CA 95691-6521 under the authority of CFDA 15.512 Public Law 102-575, Title 34, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Section 3406 for the following program: Interagency Ecological Program – Environmental Monitoring Program. Reclamation proposes to provide financial assistance for 1) Conduct monthly mandated monitoring at 22 sites listed in D-1641. 2) Operate continuous, telemetered water quality monitoring at nine stationary sites. 3) Present the resulting data sets in an annual report.

Period of Performance is from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2014. Estimate award date: on or about June 16, 2010. Estimate award amount: $10,600,000.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragrah 2.14(B)(2) CONTINUATION is solely within the discretion of the Government.
