The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $30,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.This NOFO will focus on supporting the Ministry of Health (MOH)-led digital transformation vision to modernize health data systems and infrastructure, enhancing capacity to provide timely epidemic intelligence for critical decision-making in HIV and related health programs in Uganda. The data architecture will encompass general and targeted surveys and implementation science, clinical systems such as electronic medical records, digital registers, clinical indicator-based surveillance, disease surveillance, laboratory data, commodities/logistics/pharmacy management information systems, community data, human resource management and development, and other data collection activities to address existing data and knowledge gaps.The NOFO will also support efforts for solutions development, data warehousing and integration, as well as central integration and interoperability solutions to facilitate a sustainable digital ecosystem.
