The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $12,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will support the Government of Sierra Leone to accelerate progress to achieve epidemic control in line with UNAIDS’ 95-95-95 targets through direct service delivery and technical assistance to strengthen health systems and implementation of HIV treatment and care program. NOFO also seeks to build local capacity and partnerships to sustain progress towards epidemic control.Objectives include:Strengthen technical and managerial capacity of national, district health management teams and civil society organizations (CSOs) to provide sustainable high-quality HIV care and treatment services.Address service delivery related barriers to antiretroviral treatment (ART) initiation and retention for people living with HIV and members of populations of focus.Improve monitoring and evaluation systems and build the capacity for high-quality data collection, analysis, and use of strategic information related to HIV response at community, facility, district and national levels.Support national level policy, guidelines, advocacy, materials, and procurement for a comprehensive package of HIV prevention, care, and treatment services with optimized quality improvement and quality assurance (QI/QA) and related support services at facility level
