Full Description

The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $15,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.This NOFO will support the Government of Haiti's (GOH) Strategic Plans for HIV and TB service delivery. You will implement lifesaving HIV prevention, care and treatment by:Identifying HIV-positive adults and children through facility provider-initiated testing and counseling (PITC).Performing HIV testing and counseling with prompt linkage to treatment.Conducting treatment adherence monitoring.Performing differentiated service delivery models for treatment retention.Conducting routine clinical and viral load (VL) monitoring.Implementation will occur in eight (8) to ten (10) administrative departments, with adjustments based on the evolving HIV epidemic. Recipient(s) may include targeted priority populations as supported by programmatic data.

Recipient(s) will support faith and community leaders, departmental health teams and local associations of people living with HIV for service delivery to achieve PEPFAR and GOH HIV/TB strategic goals.
